New and Improved 72 hour kit

During Baby's nap today I decided to start the 72hr kit makeover. I read about a dozen lists of what people put in their 72 hour kits and then constructed ours based on meals I knew we would eat that could be made simply by heating. We had most of the items around the house but they just weren't organized so I decided to put it all in one place with an inventory listing out the meals. This way in the event of an emergency I wouldn't have the added stress of supply gathering/meal planning in addition to everything else.  I decided to include some formula samples that were mailed to us as well as some Pedialyte; I think those are the only baby specific items as she tends to eat what we eat in addition to nursing. I chose to house it all in a Rubbermaid tote that can easily fit in the bottom of the closet until it's needed, or be tossed into the trunk of the car should the need arise.

Our kit includes the following:
Breakfast Items:
Instant oatmeal
Dried fruit
Tea (sampler)

Lunch Items:
Canned soup over instant rice
Ramen noodles with salmon and peas
Peanut butter and jelly on crackers

Dinner Items:
Red beans and rice mix w/extra beans and hot sauce
Pasta side w/canned chicken
Soup over rice

Snacks:
Granola bars
Fruit cups
Dried fruit

Additional Food Items:
Salt
Pepper
Hot sauce
Pedialyte
Formula
Sugar

Nonfood Items:
Multivitamin
Toothpaste
Floss
Bar soap
Hand sanitizer
Can opener
Toilet paper
Paper bowls/cups/utensils
Paper towels
Matches
Ziplock bags
Garbage bags
Feminine hygiene items
Flashlight
Cook pot and spoon
Deck of cards
Carmex
Imodium AD
Benadryl
Disposable diapers

I marked the expiration dates on all of the food and put it on the master list in the top of the box. Everything will last a year except the crackers and pasta side, so I'll rotate those out come December.

This is how it all looks packed in the tote.

Even if the power goes out we should still be able to use the stove, we'd just have to light it with matches. Barring that there's the camp stove option, so we should be fine. How does it look to you? Can you think of anything to add? As of now it's packed in the bottom of a closet ready to go.
